It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of John McGonigal, a.k.a. Dr. John. John spent over 50 years as a barber and loved everything about the job. He loved his customers and the connections he was able to build with so many over the years, he loved the opportunity to talk with them and counsel them, and he loved getting to share his musical talents with them. John was a man like no other. It's not an easy time, but we take comfort knowing he's with Jesus now. We would like to thank all of his loyal customers for being such a major part of his life and for the many memories you all shared with him at Gary's Hair Styling and Dr. John's Hair Place.
